Love soccer? Want to give back to the community while gaining valuable experience? Okanagan United is looking for players ages 14-18 to join our team as Volunteer Junior Coaches in our grassroots programs.

This is your chance to stay connected to the game, help young players develop their skills, and take the first steps toward becoming a certified and paid coach with Okanagan United via their Junior Coach Development Program

What You’ll Do?

Assist with setting up sessions, running drills, and supporting player development.

Pathway to Paid Roles: Start as a volunteer and work your way to paid coaching positions by completing certifications offered through our BC Soccer-certified instructors.
