U12 Development Academy: BCSPL Pathway Prep
Okanagan United FC is excited to offer our U12 Development Academy, a specialized training program designed to support players looking to take their game to the next level. Whether your child is focused on preparing for BCSPL intake evaluations or simply eager to grow in a competitive, high-performance, demanding environment—this program is for them!
Program Details:
⚽ When: Fridays, May 2nd – June 13th (excluding May 16th)
⚽ Session Times: Girls 5pm / Boys 6pm
⚽ Where: Okanagan United’s Rutland Soccer Dome
⚽ Cost: $165.00 per player (incl academy t-shirt)
⚽ Who: Open to all U12 players currently playing in a development stream interested in advanced development and the BCSPL pathway
U12 Development Academy – Suitability Assessment
If your child is not currently part of our Development Program but is interested in being assessed for a spot in the U12 Development Academy, please complete the form below.
The goal of the U12 Development Academy is to provide motivated players with advanced training alongside others of similar ability as they prepare for the BCSPL intake evaluations or have a desired to take their game to the next level. Participation for non-developmental players is subject to assessment by our technical staff. Selected players may be invited to join the academy prior to or during the program’s phases. Player progress is monitored throughout, and guest player invitations may also be extended on a case-by-case basis.

Led by Okanagan United FC technical staff and partner coaches, these sessions are designed to:
– Provide advanced, age-specific training focused on technical, tactical, physical development and decision making.
– Prepare players for BCSPL intake evaluations (June 24, 25, 26)
– Create a constructive challenging, competitive training environment for players with elevated standards
– Offer insight into the BCSPL pathway, including expectations and opportunities
