His commitment to fostering a love for soccer is reflected in his work mentoring coaches, implementing structured training curriculums, and providing opportunities for youth to succeed both on and off the field. Tom is highly respected across the province for his years of service, particularly through his work with BC Soccer as a Learning Facilitator and UBC Okanagan.
