At Okanagan United, we believe in cultivating future leaders both on and off the field. Our Junior Coach Development Program is designed for aspiring young coaches, aged 14–18, who are passionate about soccer and eager to make a positive impact on the next generation of players.

This program provides a structured pathway for junior coaches to:

• Gain hands-on coaching experience by assisting with youth teams.
• Develop their skills through educational sessions and workshops.
• Receive mentorship from experienced coaches within Okanagan United.
• Build a solid foundation for a potential career in coaching or sports leadership.

We are committed to creating an environment where young coaches can grow, learn, and contribute to the development of players across all levels, from grassroots to high-performance programs.
