Evaluation Registration Fee:  The cost to attend the Evaluation is $20.

A Commitment Fee is reflected in the registration, however, this transaction does not take place until AFTER your child is selected for the team.  This fee is a non-refundable deposit to player fees.

If your child is NOT selected for the team, the $200 WILL BE RETURNED.
