This professionally coached, high-performance program prepares top players for the full BCSPL experience at U14 — with 3 weekly sessions, advanced training, and competitive matches against top regional teams.

U12 Development Academy - BCSPL Pathway Prep
The goal of the U12 Development Academy is to provide motivated players with advanced training alongside others of similar ability as they prepare for the BCSPL intake evaluations or have a desire to take their game to the next level.
– Provide advanced, age-specific training focused on technical, tactical, physical development and decision making.
– Prepare players for BCSPL intake evaluations (June 24, 25, 26)
– Create a constructive challenging, competitive training environment for players with elevated standards
– Offer insight into the BCSPL pathway, including expectations and opportunities
Junior Coach Development Program
At Okanagan United, we believe in cultivating future leaders both on and off the field. Our Junior Coach Development Program is designed for aspiring young coaches, aged 14–18, who are passionate about soccer and eager to make a positive impact on the next generation of grass roots players ⚽
